Your Business Story Made Simple (with BBB)
If you’ve ever stumbled when someone asks, “So…what do you do?”—you’re not alone. Most business owners and busy professionals know their work matters, but translating it into clear, consistent messaging can be difficult.
This practical workshop—facilitated by PRSA members Lauren Howe of empHowered PR and Allison Chisolm of Choice Words Chisolm & Co.—is designed to help small business owners and working professionals define a clear business narrative and convert it into consistent messaging that will resonate with current and prospective clients, your employees, and even around the dinner table.
With guidance from these expert facilitators, you’ll articulate what you do, who you serve, why it matters, and how you deliver—then translate that into language you can apply across communications, marketing, media interviews, and stakeholder conversations.
